chocolate hearts and whatnot
I stopped to use the restroom in Takashimaya Department store today, and to my delight they were having a Valentine’s Day Chocolate Extravaganza. That is, half of the seventh floor was devoted to high class chocolatiers handing out samples of their decadent sweets. The cheapest toothpick taste I recieved could be bought in a box containing two pieces for approximately eight dollars. The most expensive placard I saw advertised an astounding eighty dollar box of chocolates. How important is your loved one to you this Valentine’s Day?
