alarming

Fifteen minutes ago the fire alarm went off in the library.
Five minutes ago we were let back into the library.
One minute ago the alarm went off again.
Ten seconds ago people finally started getting up.
I guess that means I should go too.

Someone’s having too much fun with the fire alarms.
