an apple a day


I've been a bit on a cooking spree lately, and this apple tart is my latest endeavor. Puff pastry, granny smith apples, and apricot preserves make up this lovely light dessert. I hate to admit, but I got the recipe from the Martha Stewart Living magazine. I avoided all talk of glitter paintings, spray painted pumpkins, and Thanksgiving table name cards, and just kept to the food portion. Not bad, if I say so myself.
