In February, I signed up to be part of a National Health Survey by keeping track of how much I run and bike every day. As part of the incentive, they track your progress along a route across the United States, starting on the east coast of Virginia and ending on the west coast of California. Yesterday I crossed the border into Kentucky. Deb, my roommate, is in Nebraska.
