It is only three more days until the month of NaBloPoMo daily posting will be finished. Some of my posts have been pretty uninteresting and some very random, but I feel that for the most part, I have done a decent job throughout the month of November.
I want to continue writing frequently, if only for a way to keep my brain slightly creative amidst the muck of school stuff. I was thinking that assigning another general theme might help me do that. Therefore, starting in December I will predominately write about food.
I like food. I like to make food. I get excited when my food turns out well, and I'd like to share that. I may also post some recipes that I find particularly tasty. I mean, why not?
We'll have a little test post here. Vegan Apple Crisp. Making anything vegan is a challenge, but when it turns out well, it's so exciting. Yes, you can bake without butter or milk! I haven't made this one yet, but I'll let you know on Saturday how delicious it was.
Oh, the photo is from a dying tree at the Fort Wayne Botanical Gardens about a month ago. It feels like fall.
