Lessons I would take if I had the time and the money:
1. Pottery: I started this in Japan and loved it. Someday, I'd like all of the dishes in my house to have been made by me.
2. Voice: I used to be a singer, and not a bad one at that. I even thought I might go to college to be a voice major, but changed my mind to something more useful. ha. I'd like to do a little more than just karaoke singing again.
3. Sanshin: Ideally, these lessons would be taken on a tiny island in Okinawa from an old master whose speech I can barely understand. I would intuitively grasp the songs and soak up his knowledge as easy as I drink water.
4. Painting: Preferably, my teacher would be similar in manner and appearance to Bob Ross of PBS fame.
5. Sky diving: Do you really "take lessons" for this?
6: Baking/Cooking: I want to be good enough to have a chance of getting cast on Hell's Kitchen. This, of course, would also be good for my day-to-day meals as well.
7. Swimming: I don't know how I've managed to get this far in life with just the doggy paddle, but I would like to rectify that.
8. Sewing: I won honorable mention for a skirt I made in 4H when I was twelve. It was an ugly skirt, although well sewn. I have since lost my skill; however, Project Runway has inspired me to try again.
9. Chinese/Korean: Languages are cool, yo.
10. Gardening/Herbal Knowledge: Again, I don't know if this would be considered "lesson-taking," but I'd like to learn about these things in a non-homework requiring environment.

As China increasingly is seen as a growing business power, interest in learning the Chinese language had rocketed, and dominance of Chinese over English will be a long time coming. More and more people begin to learn Chinese, because here is clear career potential for the future. Chinese language education market will be prosperous.
I used to take naps to Bob Ross. He's one of my personal heroes. (I'm not kidding.)
If you find someone who teaches painting and seems to be Bob Ross reincarnated, please let me know so that I, too, may take painting lessons from him.
You know, for all the diving I do, I'm actually a horrendous swimmer.
I'd take lessons with you too. My dog paddle, however, is Olympic quality.
