Before heading out for our evening portion of flower viewing, we ate a special rice dish topped with salted sakura blossoms. Tsuki wouldn’t eat hers because the shriveled flowers looked so sad. I thought they added happy color and a distinctive taste, and therefore, I ate hers too.
