I didn't realize today was Groundhog Day until someone threw a groundhog at me on Facebook. So, I looked it up, and sadly, the groundhog saw his shadow. Winter will be long this year. In order to comfort myself, I am baking groundhog shaped cookies. I mean, I'd better have a good enough layer of fat to keep myself warm for the next seven weeks.
