almost time for celebration

I am fairly certain that my mulberry juice is very close to being mulberry wine. It smells kinda like wine, but there are still a few little bubbles coming to the surface, so the yeast is still working a bit. I'm gonna wait one more week and then bottle it. I'll open it up again when I have my MA diploma in hand. With the smooth way it's going so far, that will be in September!
