Our friends waited in line for four hours to get inside the metal detectors where people were actually passing out for lack of water while watching Obama and Biden. We got there five minutes before it started and had a great view of the big screen tv, free water, and a seat just outside the gates. More interesting to me than the speeches, however, were the people - the enthusiasts, the profiteers, and the snipers (look at the base of the flag).
