catching up on the wine

Working at the co-op means I have access to lots of fruit, both beautifully perfect pieces and no longer able to be sold pieces. That means I have quite a bit of inspiration for winemaking lately. The next few posts will be me catching up on my online wine journal.

I have decided to be very, very patient with all of my recent wines and not taste them until at least four months after bottling. This is difficult, since I just drank the last of my older wine. I guess it's a good thing it's Oktoberfest!
