wine 101: double peach

It's peach season. That's my excuse for a second peach wine in one week. This time, I made a half gallon batch, but used the amount of fruit usual for a gallon. I want to see how much more peach flavor will be imparted.

Double Peach Wine

Ingredients for half gallon batch:
- peaches - 7 very ripe
- sugar - 2 cups
- yeast - 1/4 tsp. (Lalvin KI-V1116)
- beginning specific gravity: 1.080

- beginning % alcohol: 11%
