how does my garden grow

I don't know if it was dirt from the city compost pile or just my good luck, but everything I planted in my garden is popping up with very few weeds accompanying.

The rhubarb that came with the house is doing so well that we have had to cut it back to keep it from shading the parsley. We've put up some rabbit fence to save the little plants from ravenous bunnies, and the birds and bugs seem to be leaving things alone.

I'm curious to see how big everything will be in a month when I get back from Japan.
