friday is a good day

*Breakfast: Apple muffins and fresh figs

*Lunch: Garden burgers, broccoli, and pickles

*Dinner: Moroccan-style squash and couscous, and kale

Sam had the day off, so he had some time time make a delicious meal. He roasted some carnival squash and mixed it in with couscous, raisins, and chick peas with Moroccan spices for a wonderful dish.
