when sam cooks, i do the dishes

*Breakfast: Brick Oven Coffee Cake

*Lunch: Roasted butternut squash, winter greens salad, and cheesy bread

*Dinner: Super burritos and winter greens salad

Sam really makes the best Mexican food of the two of us. I think it's because he is not afraid to spice things up. I'm always worried it will be too hot, and it always turns out bland. Tonight Sam made great burrito fillings:

cumin-heavy spiced tempeh
wild rice
guacamole with jalapenos
corn and green peppers
cheddar cheese
and sour cream for me

Today was our last CSA for the year, and they filled up our box with everything they had left, so we'll be going through quite a few turnips, collards, brussel sprouts, carrots, and winter squash in the next couple of weeks. Yay!
