We (well, mostly Sam) are attempting to perfect all of our go-to recipes and gather them together. My contributions are usually baked goods, and this shepherd's pie is sort of a cross-over. I am very proud of this recipe and the tweaks I've made to personalize it. My secret is a bottom crust made with lots of dill, and a hearty vegetarian gravy made with nutritional yeast to slather on top.
And maybe next time I'll have a photo of our new house to post here. New house!
