garden playground
It was petting zoo day in the garden today.
First, a giant fuzzy spider hitched a ride on my shirt when I was picking oregano. I noticed this as it crawled across my neck while I was rinsing the herbs. Based on my screams, Sam thought I had cut off my finger.
Then we found this pudgy guy gorging himself on dill seeds. He didn't mind being petted; he just kept on chomping.
His neighbor on the next sprig over was a dragonfly, which Sam kept poking. She would endure it for a little bit, move away, and then come back for more. Sam has that power.
