But of course, just because I've been occupied with sake for awhile doesn't mean I've forgotten beer.  Two weeks ago we brewed a Pale Ale and a Brown Porter.  Today we brewed a Red Rye and an Oatmeal Stout.  Within two months, we'll again have well-stocked beer shelves.
